About the Project

Our client is a yoga teacher with more than 17 years of experience. She launched successful online yoga practices in Ukraine and Belarus, but during the pandemic, she decided to share her experience with a worldwide audience to help people overcome quarantine challenges.

She came up with a more complex wellness program that includes yoga, meditations, sleep recommendations, and self-massage. And the main idea was to help teams of professionals who spent the whole pandemic in front of their laptops at home.

Identity Goal

Create a holistic brand image to enter the European market.

Global Trends Overview

How did pandemic and quarantine affect corporate culture?

  • Standard company benefits (medical insurance and gym membership cards) are not enough to fix the crucial mental health problems in quarantine reality.
  • 69% of large employers invest in mindfulness and meditation corporate programs and apps to fix emotional burnout, depression, feeling of isolation, and loneliness among workers.
  • Small and medium-sized businesses can not ignore the trend of mental health and its influence on productivity. However, for 80% of small and medium-sized enterprises pricing on corporate wellness programs is a top criterion.
Enterprise Wellness Solutions

Big international wellness corporate companies propose upgraded solutions with complex fitness and mindfulness approaches, integrations with biometrics, heart rate, rewards, and benefit programs.

Product Overview

Applications for yoga and meditations are often connected with insurance brokers. Another way is when HRs buy company subscriptions for the team if there is such a possibility in a product.

Strengths:
  • Unique author program adapted to a modern work-from-home reality.
  • Combined best practices of yoga, breathing exercises, and lifestyle tips.
  • Easy to implement (no additional integration).
  • Cost-effective solution (cheaper than extensive corporate wellness programs).
Weaknesses:
  • Unknown product and author.
  • Without its own IT platform/application.
  • Challenging to reach decision-makers (HRs and CEOs) of selected clients organizations.
Opportunities:
  • Growing market and rising corporate wellness trend.
  • The product can be scaled to all English-speaking markets.
  • Potential integration with insurance programs.
  • We can become a cost-effective solution for small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Product may be in future scaled to individual use application.
Threads:

Main threads — competition with established companies.

  • There are strong players on the market that can replace our product for medium business organizations.
  • International promo requires big budgets. It could be difficult to compete with existing players.
  • Insurance companies may already find partners for wellness programs.
Our Product is an Online Wellness Course that Consists of 3 Parts:
  • Easy yoga exercises with a focus on body areas that suffer the most from sedentary life.
  • Breathing exercises that help to increase concentration, calm down and release tension.
  • Lifestyle recommendations (nutrition, sleep, exercises, digital detox, vitamins intake, etc).

  • and to care about themselves.

  • Progress and following steps visualization (+ badges and achievements in future and illustrating the difference “before and after”).

  • Some additional bonuses for participants: playlists, tipsheets, life hacks letters.
  • Lifestyle assessment.
  • We’ll not take money for those who have no results.
Consumer Research

Customer (Employer):

  • HRD, HR Director, Leading HR or CEO of small or medium-sized businesses (creative agencies, startups, digital products).
  • They need solutions to support employees’ well-being, keep a positive atmosphere in a team, boost productivity, and prevent burnout during a pandemic.
Consumer (Employee):
  • Young creative professionals — people who earn money by intellectual labor.
  • They need to stay productive and focused on work, feel the taste of life, stay motivated, and be fulfilled to deal with creative tasks or stressful management work.
The Insight

Employers suddenly need to invest more into their team, spending time on performance control and 1-1 meetings. They missed the time when the team shared open space, and it was easy to notice when someone was getting closer to emotional burnout.

Employees Experience:
  • What did life before the pandemic look like?
  • It was brighter: there were personal meetings in the office and outside. There were cinema, hugs, dates, more possibilities to get yourself fulfilled, relaxed, rested. More than now, when all you have is your working table, Netflix, food, wine, TikTok, and additional kilos. Life before the quarantine had more sense.

Naming

Life before the pandemic was outside. It was bright, sociable, quick, and moving forward. Before the world transforms, we start with the inner transformation and help our consumers develop a more positive, bright, and versatile sight of life and attitude towards its events. We help them to see the world vividly.

Vividly as a name for the program represents hope and energy, the life force that the program is expected to bring to the lives of its consumers.

Visual Identity

It was focused on expressing the idea of personality transformation due to the course. The metaphor of the project is a dispersion process — the transformation of a ray of light into a colorful rainbow. As a result, we’ve managed to reveal the idea through the logo sign that shows the physical process of transforming one ray into many, but at the same time, the process of personality transformation to a more fulfilled and universal life.

For the primary colors, we used gradients from white to bright colors. Their gradual transition strengthens the brand promise of personal transformation due to training.

Metaphor

We are like dispersion.

In the process of studying his body, a person learns and expands knowledge about himself and about his body. A person is like a ray that is refracted through a prism. From a thin ray of light, passing through a prism, the ray expands and becomes colorful, bright. Instructor here is a prism that helps personality to expand and change.

Brand Development — Scaling Plan

Now — Future.

Launching a pilot wellness online program in the Netherlands for creative employees on existing educational platforms (GetCourse, Procademy.nl, Google Classroom, Edapp.com).

Analyzing feedback of the HRs and the participants, implementing necessary improvements, and launching the next program wave in the Netherlands. Adapting promotion strategy for other European countries, launching program one-by-one in Europe using companies with offices in different countries as a scaling channel.

Growth Strategy & Partnerships

Vividly B2B application building can go in parallel with building partnership and scaling. Scaling the team of assistance for efficient course support. Building partnerships with insurance companies and increasing the audience of the course.

Building partnership with other applications (mental, psychological, and healthy habits support) and integrating their practices in Vividly solution.

Brand Essence
