Poolary
Poolary is a US-based pool service company that provides everything from maintenance to full pool construction. The company sought to automate processes and improve customer service by going beyond traditional online advertising and phone booking.
The goal was to create a centralized platform where users could compare pool service providers, read real reviews, and book services through a fair and transparent system. The idea was to introduce a new level of trust, convenience, and structure in a fragmented and highly competitive market.
We analyzed the client’s business model and explored user behavior, needs, and expectations. This research helped us define clear goals, identify pain points, and build a solution aligned with both market demands and user experience.
We mapped out the entire workflow to clearly understand how the system should function. This allowed us to identify inefficiencies, define responsibilities, and design a structured, scalable process before moving to development.
Client analyzed and highlighted the major problems users and workers encountered and came to us.
The next step, after getting to know the business, was to dive into the user’s world. We had to get to know them as much as possible and find out how this whole process is going on precisely from his words. Due to the difference in the continents, we did this stage with the customer.
First, we conducted a survey and sent them to people from the customer’s customer base. The customer also did a mini interview on his side, which also helped us a lot in the process.
Successful companies start with the right business model. The client did not have it, so its creation has become an even higher priority. After all, the canvas of a business model helps holistically and equally, that on our part, that of the customer, evaluate the product.
Building valuable offers is the next logical step. Integration with the outline of the business model is of great importance here.

Having identified the main priorities and the main pain points. The first ideas and with the main functionality we present on the first prototypes. We demonstrate to the client and discuss the first results with him.
Next, we proceeded to the second stage of the cutting. Here we need to work in detail with the logic and processes of the application. It was necessary to streamline information flows into a convenient structure. And imagine how physically it will look on the screens.
By creating a single structure, working with pains and structuring the main gains. We started building wireframes – clickable prototypes.
For the user, we first worked out a comfortable and simple company search functionality and a communication tool with him.

Before creating the design itself, we go through several procedures in order to accurately understand that we equally with the customer feel the style of the future application. And we understand exactly what the first impression should be made by the design and what style to carry through the whole product. To do this, we select a metaphor and present a moodboard that shows the mood and behavior of the application.
We are a large platform, a large base where companies that provide services to pools gather.
As in the library, we have everything under control, verified (after all, each company is selected before registration). Everything is clean and transparent. As in the library, in our application the user will never be left alone, at any time he will be helped to solve all issues.
In our application you can get advice, you can evaluate the service and give feedback. We have our own rules, but all of them are aimed at protecting and maintaining the order of all users.
Basically, our logo should be associated on the one hand with the road and the process of cycling: Mast, work done, cool result. And on the other hand with water and direct association with pools.
We introduced the first and one of the main screens to the concept, which the client sees when it enters the application – main screen.
Next, we will show you the full cycle of how the service in the Poolary service occurs. From registration and company search, to payment and feedbacks.
Our logo is mainly based on one side, on the other hand, on the road and on the other hand: Maysta, Viconano robots, cool results. And on the other side of the water and a direct association with pools.
Marketplace is a pleasant finishing part of the overall process. After all, we are making a common style of how people will continue the process of getting to know the application. From the first minutes we show the character and immerse into the atmosphere.
